The dealer (Hendrick) replaced the LF CV boot on 12/20/13 at Inspection II. Three months later, the complete axle fails. Do I have a case to ask for reimbursement or credit for the CV boot? Obviously I'm not trying to seek reimbursement for the axle.

And, I may be making myself into an idiot, but "FRONT DRIVERS AXLE SEPARATED FROM OUTER HUB ASSEMBLY AND DAMAGED THREADS ON AXLE" is the CV axle, correct?
