one bar left to be lit? so, it is not completely to the max?... in this case, i would say, leave it in as it is...
on the other hand, if the thought of having a qt of old oil floating together with new oil bothers you, change it again...
I did oil change myself only once - after that, i would bring my oil, my filter to local Wal-Mart, and have them get dirty and oily for $20 labor... I stand there watching over them, so they do not attempt to vacuum my floors or clean my windows - just oil drain, filter replacement, new oil... well worth $20 - i don't have to worry about the old oil, or spill control or clean up...
