I just had both of mine out to replace the bulbs and ignitors, and I don't recall any real adjustment for them in any dimension (Xenon). Only a little bit of movement where they bolt in to the bracket, but that appears to be for fit and not adjustment. Has the vehicle had front end body work that might have distorted the mount?
