yeah, brand new 2014 load master trailer with all led lighting.

I'm wondering if I just didnt tap the wrong line. The brakes work just fine.

when I hooked up the left signal wire per the video, I turned on the key and the trailer lights just blinked. then I hit the brakes and they went off and then wouldnt come back on until I turned the key off and back on.

thats when I started thinking I needed the setup like in the video which led my online search to setup I posted wondering if anyone has used.

the etrailer video does show them installing a very similar setup (and the one I found is from them but $10 cheaper).

All I'm using right now is just a 4-pin harness without a module though. had one laying around from an old trailer light kit from a long gone trailer I had.
