While i understand the warranty on the part and labor, I am yet to take full advantage of it - I had a part that broke on a car, the part was sourced and installed by a local Firestone... since they were very nice to me (and i had a lifetime alignment with them!) i went to them about the replacement of the part... I forgot they already fixed that problem once before, but it came up on their computer... they covered the part but not the labor, i paid for the labor...
