after looking around.. i think i have more than one issue...

* update * the cluster doesn't say code anymore.
* i bought a used navi head unit and installed it but the screen is black.

* just to clarify .. when i go to start the x5 and turn key to on position the alarm goes off.. although when the key is on the on position the light and windows work. but my Navi screen is now black.

this morning after looking around with zero hope i saw this ugly battery cable.... can this be causing my truck to not start??
