Just for information, the TD6 version of the L322 Range Rover (obviously a very close relative of the E53) was only ever available with 18” wheels because larger wheels (as fitted on petrol models) caused the driveline to oscillate in Drive when stationary. This was a torsional vibration issue related to the inertias and stiffnesses in the driveline. I just wondered if any of you started having the problem when you changed to bigger wheels?
