Well, I must say I had a top notch experience at EuropeanMotorcars in Des Moines. I took the 4.6 in for Inspection I, rear passenger door lock actuator failure, and NavOS upgrade. Very pleasant experience. Dropped her off at 7:30 in the morning, and I was the only customer there. Quite different that what we are used to in Chicago or Miami.
Dealt with Dan Catalfo, SC, who was very pleasant and took care of each and every request. Beautiful showroom although it is home to a Mercedes division as well. Received a loaner (Mercedes E320) which was very nice and clean, but drives like, err, a Mercedes. Car was ready 3-4 hours later, and went with my team to pick her up on the way to lunch.
Everything was as it should have been. Car was hand washed, and shiny. Great customer service, and great experience. Highly recommended.
