Air suspension not leveled?

So I just bought a 4.8is yesterday and everything is perfect except the car does not sit leveled on all 4 corners. There seems to be a ton of issues with air suspension, but I could not find anything about if the car was not leveled. I tried raising it and lowering it in my garage with the floor is leveled, but no matter what I do, one side sits higher than the other, and the front driver side is always 3/4" higher than the highest corner.

Any suggestions?

If you leave it sit, do all the corners hold position and they are just off from one another? I suspect someone has done some work along the way and not properly recalibrated it. You need someone with GT1 or INPA software to reset the corners. You can use the software to raise and lower each corner in small increments, validate the measurements and reset the home position. A good independent shop with CarSoft should be able to do the same.

Yes, all 4 corners hold the position, albeit the wrong position... lol. I think you're exactly right, because the PO did mention that he did have to replace one of the air struts in the past.

Is the GT1 or INPA software expensive? I'll research where I can get it, but if you know offhand where to purchase it I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Is the DIS sotware expensive? Any reason why you would recommend the DIS over the GT1 or INPA?

Good morning guys!

Is this the popular OBD2 interface a lot of people are using? I just want to double check before I pull the trigger.

You don't need to purchase it from Romania It is all over Amazon and have free shipment.

And yes it is that cheap cable plus a laptop you can level your car correctly.
I used INPA to calibrate the leveling system.

This one? Come with software too? Also, someone commented that I need to jump pins 7 and 8 to make it work, is that normal?

I am using this one, and I believe all do the same job. Yes, pin 7-8 should be soldered together to connect to the SLS module. Softwares can also be downloaded from internet. But newer versions are terribly translated half German, half English
