X5 Ramdonly shuts off

2003 X5 3.0i Once in a while it shuts off. It usually happens when I am pulling in to a parking lot or maneuvering around.
It appears the RPMs get so low it shuts off.
I ran the scanner, there is no codes. Has anybody experienced such incident?
Gas tank is above the half tank mark, engine is fully warmed up when it happens...
I have recently replaced the MAF,DISA valve, Spark plugs, but this was already happening even before I replaced these parts.
Any thoughts?

So low RPM, in gear, wheels turning, steering input , then dies, correct? Any stumbling, rough idle just PRIOR to the event? Idles normal in neutral? How about in gear? Can you feel the downshifts when coming to a stop? Does the trans drops down into FIRST every time you come to a complete stop?

Quick test: Warm engine, in gear, blip throttle. Does the engine increase RPM and return to a even idle without hunting for the right RPM? Watch the tach, if the engine module is having trouble establishing idle RPM based on vac leaks, IAC, EGR etc it will fluctuate all over trying to level out. Same would be true if you power brake the engine and try to hold say 1,000 RPM. High vac signal at the throttle body exposes all the weak areas.

Post your findings and maybe we can point you in a right direction. Otherwise WE B Guessing.....

Shuts off

This is an automatic AWD. No hesitation, runs just fine.
Then suddenly shuts off.
I will do the test, but as far as I remember everything runs just fine. No hesitation. I will post here my findings after I ran the test later on today.
Thank you.

Clean the throttle body and the ICV. There's a Youtube video which was recently posted by SMA (South Main Auto) with a car with similar symptoms.

I did think about doing that. Does that require the removal of the intake manifold?
