Airbag Issues

Having never had problems like this before, I have a few questions about a locals e53. The airbag light came on about 3 weeks ago. About 8 months ago he disconnected the driver side door airbag with the battery connected and said the light never came on at that point.....

INPA shows these three faults.

And when I try to clear them, I get this.

From this I believe the module could be bad, but not sure enough to dig right in and replace. What do you guys think? I told him to check the connections ect., ect. , but he sounded as if he wanted me to go forward with this. He thinks the module is under the center consol which, his 28 year old daughter just recently spilled two cups of water on

Any ways where is the module? Would coding be necessary on a replacement? Thoughts? Opinions?

Thanks guys. 2001 3.0 auto

Module had 209 errors so I would look at the module. The airbag module is located underneath the center console. You don't need to remove the center console completely, but you need to raise the rear of the console enough to remove the module. If you can locate a module with the same number, you don't need to code it. You can also send the module in for repairs and than you won't need to code it.
