Help me pick a head unit Eonon
So I want to take the plunge and get an aftermarket deck. I've looked at my options in my budget and have narrowed it down to the Eonon D5166XU or the Eonon GA5166X. From what it looks like, one is Windows or possibly a Windows/Android hybrid and the other is full Android. There's about a $80 in price and both come with the extension harness and backup camera.
I'm putting it in a 2006 X5 with widescreen navigation without DSP. I know I'll lose my OBC, but I'm fine with that as long as my steering wheel controls still work to control the deck. The full Android version looks like it has more bells and whistles to it and I'd like to think that it'd be more reliable. I've searched a lot of threads and it seems like the Android one works better in a lot more situations. I'm kinda torn, because if both do the same thing, I'd rather save some money than not. Here's what I'm looking for it to do: CD/DVD/A2DP/USB MP3/AUX playback Bluetooth hands free calling DVD playback to rear screens while audio system has music from Bluetooth, aux, or mp3s on USB drive Navigation, preferably using WAZE, but able to use navigation without internet tethered through phone/hotspot.
