XMDirect and Dension IceLink possible?

Hi Guys,

I want to buy the Icelink for my iPod but I have a question that I am hoping someone can answer for me.

I have a 2001 factory radio with DSP. I know that I need to upgrade my mid to a 2002+ mid with DSP.

If I buy the XMDirect with the new Blitzsafe adapter (with changer port), will I be able to plug the IceLink into the Blitzsafe's XmDirect changer port?

Does anyone know how I will be able to switch sources between the XM reciever and the IceLink?

It's not the MID that needs to be replaced, but the actual radio (CD Player). This will then get you Sirius ready.

We offer the XM Direct kits as well as the ice>Link Plus. The XM will come up momentarily as SIRIUS, then revert over to XM - giving full steering wheel control and ID3 text just like the ice>Link. Let me know what you are looking for and we can put together a package just for you!
