Prob Cleaning wheel

hey guys i got some hre wheels and when it snows the lip of the wheel is very very dirty is there any way to clean this i tried scrubing them and it doesnt work is there any other way

First, stop scrubbing that wheel. They are expensive as all heck. What is on them? Clay, tar, brake dust... then I can give a recommendation.

If the wheels have a polished lip, scrubbing them will only damage them.
Are you sure they are not stained? Or are they just plain dirty?

Well im not sure i think is from the salt that they put on the road when it snows because previously i didnt have this prob before it snows, well i was using some cloth to try cleaning it and high preassure water for a long time and still its still there after im done tried a few time already just wont go away
