Your best bet will be a junkyard for sure. Found 5 E53's at my local yard and a couple of them were nav equipped.

and FWIW those cables aren't "radio" wiring - they are signals and data for the Nav/Audio/Boardmonitor display - the actual radio receiver and audio amps etc. are in the trunk. :-)
