Ok What did I do wrong ??

On my way to work this morning I decided to listen to my iPOD (I have a Dension Ice->Link installed in my X5 - so I pressed MODE in order to select the CD Player ------ It has dissapeared All I see is Radio and Tape as a selection. Normaly if I press MODE again I get to the CD Player......

I Wish! - I actually figured out the part of the console - it is for the cup holder in the rear! I have that fixed!

Now I have this weird situation! - my car seems to have lost what used to be a dc player selection!

Looks like nobody here has had that problem

Your vehicle has stopped communicating with the IceLink module. Likely one of three things.

1. Check the fuse for the CD changer (that's what is now powering the IceLink)

2. Check all wiring connections

3. IceLink module may have died on you and needs to be replaced

Brand New Ice->link Module! - I installed it last week to replace an older one! - you are right that is what it is! damn! I will phone Dension today
