April '05 X Series Sales Report

April sales of the BMW X3 and X5 Series totaled 6,102 units, up 26.3% from the 4,832 sold last April. YTD sales of the X Series were also up 32.4% when compared to the first 4 months of 2004.

For those of you who are interested Mercedes-Benz sold 3,248 M Class units this month, up 60.2% from the 2,028 sold last April. Note that the all new 2006 Model Year M Class was introduced this month.

Thanks Fred, excellent analysis in your reports as usual It looks like the X5 and X3 are back and forth on the month-to-month sales percentage in 2005, with the X5 holding a slim lead in YTD sales. It's good to see that sales of both models is well above the pace of last year.
