My wife won't give me the keys to the X!
I bought her an X5 as a graduation present from grad school. I sold my M5 and bought an E-Class (hate it) this summer, promising to ditch her Tahoe and let her park in the garage in the X. Well, I put the 20s on tonight and she took it out for a spin before dinner. During dinner she tells me "she's not going to be able to let me drive the X5." TWO days into having it, she's not handing over the keys. Can you believe that? I mentioned an 02 Imola 4.6is i spied today and she says, "You ought to get it. I don't think I want to let you drive mine."

Classic symptoms of inadequacy.
  • E500 replaces M5 - similar to replacing Angelina with Sarah Jessica Parker. Might be fun, but probably not.
  • Wife drives better vehicle than hubby; refuses to give up the keys.
Solution - Replace E500 with a Imola Red 4.6is ASAP or better yet, another M5.

My wife drove mine for the first time this weekend, and she hates it, lol. she said give me back my sienna. oh well better for me. she said it drives jsut like your car, and I said yeah but you liked driving that down the twisty roads. she said, ...welll...
