Do you think XM will eventually be available for 06' with NAV
through the head unit. Any murmurs out there? Sirius is wearing
me out.

There is an XM kit that works with NAV, but without presets or text display and it takes place of your CD Changer. It's hardly what I would call a complete XM package.

If you are desperate for XM, this would be a possible option, but not a solution.

Just for the hell of it, what is it called?
I wouldn't know the stations, right?

If I already have the tuner and antenna can I purchase what I need to make the install complete?

It's a combination of a SoundGate and Pioneer pieces, you'll need the following parts:

Pioneer GEX-P920XM XM Tuner
Soundgate PIOBMW1 Vehicle Specifc adapter

We can easily offer the kits, I just don't think this is something we would be proud to offer since the kit does so little.

What tuner? Do you have a manufacturer and part number?

Can't do anything with either unless its FM Modulated or direct into an AUX port.
