MkIII CD 2007-1 GB/Ireland - Speed Cameras?

I have the MKIII Navigation system with the 2007-1 GB/Ireland CD and wondered if there was a way to get speed cameras visible on the navigation system?

It is physically impossible to add the UK Camera Database to a 700Mb BMW map disk CD. It can't be done - full stop. The MKIV DVD system is what you need. The BMW/Navteq map disk is about 4.36Gb - leaving plenty of capacity to add a camera database (about 230Mb).
