Protective smoke film for headlights

Good day everyone. I wanted to ask you all if anyone knows of a good place to buy quality smoke film for the headlights and tailights of my 2002. I am looking for precut film. Is anyone using this?

Also, what kind of visibility do you get form the Xenon headlights using something like this?

The primary manufacturer is Laminex it does not greatly affect light output due to the brightness of HID lights

I won't buy anything from Ebay all that is on there mostly is knockoff garbage
