Question man trans oil change

Hi from Aus
Having recently acquired a relatively rare manual X5 and based on searching this site and previous experience with other cars using 80000Km trans oil changes (2 alfas - 85 Guiletta manual original trans still OK @ 354000km, 93 164 auto original fine @ 265000km)I am skeptical of the BMX "for life" trans oil position and intent to relube the drive train.
The handbook is useless on quantities or basic info re process so have a few ?'s if someone can advise.
1 gearbox / transfer case - is oil shared or seperate, how much?
2 change on level or with front of car raised ?
3 diffs - oil quantity ?
4 Redline MTL or Superlight Shockproof ? - both exc in Alfas
5 driving distance to adequately warm up trans oils ?
Thank
