USA Euro Radio

I import USA 2001 X5 3.0 to Country:Georgia (Europe).
I have a Radio channel problems, As I know in USA Radio Channels are only odd frequencies. In my Country we have both odd and even frequencies.
Is it possible to reconfigure from USA to Euro standart?
As I see in article its possible on NAV,but I have no NAV.

Hi there,
yes it can be done and is very easy, I did it with my 05 that I bought back to europe last year.

With no key in the ignition, turn on the radio.
Push and hold the ' M ' button for 10 seconds.
System menu comes up on display.
Change from US to EUR.
Turn off radio.
Job done.
