Quick Service Question

I believe that there is a section about this on the mainpage, but I cannot seem to find it. Anyways, I am at about 41,000 miles, and two service bars. I think that there is a service or oil change coming up in the next few thousand miles. Does anyone know for sure?? Thanks.
