Perillo BMW in Chicago

While I havent had any work done there yet and I do agree that I have over paid for cheap parts like $5 for window shade hooks that others sell for 2.60 I am not worried about this. But BMW NA and Israel from Perillo BMW have totally hooked me up with my pixel replacement. No charge to me I just have to cover the tax. AND they are hooking me up with a loaner as they need my X for 1/2 a day. Props for both the perillo serivice dept. (Israel) and BMW NA for hooking me up.

Sounds like great service. I take my car to fields bmw and overall they are nice people to deal with. They always give me a loaner for whatever work is being done to my car but most of the time the techs don't know what they're doing and end up not doing their work 100% ie not plugging wires back in and forgetting to put covers back on.=(

I have had excellent Service at Motorwerks in Barrington, IL. Loaner, Starbucks and Donuts.....
