i think my ballast is going out....

Well i got in my car after work today and turned on the light and a check low beam light came up... grr ... so i figured the blub was out...
so i replaced it with another one i know that works... turns on...put the whole thing back in... and it flickers and turns off... =( so i think its on its way out... any ideas?? well if they are out i might just replace both of them... and do a halo with the lights also hehe... and do silver starts on the high beams... well thanks in advance

You should be able to find a good pair of ballasts off ebay.
