Front clunking noise felt going over bumps

My front CV boots are still sealed, and no clicking sound. However, going over rough bumps (i.e., speed bumps or railroad tracks) is causing a slight clunking noise in the front that could be felt in my foot well. Other symptoms:

1. The vehicle tracks straight upon steady speed, acceleration, and deceleration.

2. Upon high speed deceleration, sometimes the steering wheel vibrates, but sometime it's smooth (no vibration).

3. Front brakes calipers have been replaced - new

4. Front rotors are true, otherwise, vibration upon deceleration would be consistent.

Could this be worn suspension bushings? Control arm bushings? What usually wears in the front end of X5's at high miles (80k+ miles) that could cause these symptoms? Any help/advice/recommendation would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Near the windshield, just forwad of the hood hinge, is a small adjusting screw that fine tunes the hood position. I had a mystery "clonk" that was caused by this screw being a fraction out of adjustment.
