Anyone with Eisenmann Exhaust?

I am considering changing out the stock exhaust on my 2003 4.6.One option is the Eisenmann Sport or Race mufflers. My main concern is to avoid cabin drone while cruising.I am also considering replacing the resonater with a unit from Supersprint which would be far more cost effective.Has anyone done either to a 4.6 or 4.4?

the sport is louder the oem but no where as loud as the race, nice rumble but can be heard in the cabin especially if you floor it. My wife doesn't mind the sound and my 4 month old seems to sleep right through it
Was thinking of getting the race, but that would have sounded too extreme for me.

good luck

Race is what most have installed here, and I would recommend that.

To each is own. 4.8is stock and sport are close. So if you are upgrading a 4.6 or 4.8is might as well go to race. There are more Eisenmann race lovers here then the sport.

Drone?

Back to my prime concern cockpit resonance or drone at highway cruising speed 65-75mph.The Eisemann Race mufflers sound insane under full throtle but I must live with it as this is my commuter (15K miles/year).

I have the Supersprint and it does have a mild rumble to it. It is definitely has a bit more of a tone to it than the stock exhaust. No drone at highway speeds.

I must admit I do love the sound of the Eisenmann!!! That might be on the list for next year!!!
