I'd pass unless you have a very light and deft hand and
only use it sparingly and infrequently. I would not trust
it with any frequency or pressure, on clear coated wheels.

I do use it on my Harley, along with Simichrome, but it
is used on aluminum alloy, pot metal, chrome plated metal,
etc.

A gentle cleaning of your wheels, (pick your poison), followed
by some kind of "wax", eg Wheel Wax, Zaino, et al, should do
the trick, imo.

thank you you for your quick response.

I will go return it and just buy wheel wax.
Don't want to risk it.

ditto mD's comments. Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish is an abrasive compound designed to remove the surface dulling of aluminum and other metals. It will remove your clearcoat.

Don't forget that despite the fact that your wheels are made of an aluminum alloy, they are painted. therefore you want to treat them like a painted surface, not a metal one.
