when you unlock your doors, do you tend to hold the unlock button for a bit?
the X does not open windows based upon temperature when your window regulators go, your windows will go BOOM

ok, so there is no feature that auto cracks windows based on temp. Makes sense cause what if its raining.
If I hold down the unlock button too long then it makes the windows crack? I thought all the windows and sunroof open when unlock button is depressed and held in. It's just my 2 front windows that only open 1/2 inch???

The windows will continue to open as long as you hold down the unlock on the remote. The front windows go first then the back ones and the sunrroof. So if you are only holding it down briefly then that would explain what you are seeing.
It's all in the manaul.
