How to contact BMW by phone?

Hello group,

I was all over the BMW website looking for a customer service phone number and I could not find one. I am furious because I had a scheduled appointment to have my X looked over at the dealer today by a field service engineer. To my dismay, the service advisor told me the the FSE was going to be comming in at all, and they don't know when he will be in. This adds insult to injury on my leaning suspension problem. Hopefully someone out there has a number to offer up.

Thanks for the help,

Cool May Be What Ya Need

This may be of help, although I believe your ownership/purchase of the vehicle has to be verified on their data base before they'll assist you (ie: purhased new at Stealer, or CPO vehicle). They were very good to me !
BMWNA Customer Service: 800-831-1117
Hope this helps !

I have also had positive experiences with BMWNA Customer Service, they called when they said that they would call and helped me deal with an issue with a local dealership, give them a call and I am sure they will be happy to help you out.
