Westfalia towbar.

I'm from the UK and am a 2 day old X3 owner. I wish to get a westfalia detachable towing bracket fitted because there is no cutting required. However all the suppliers say a bumper cover needs to be purchased from BMW. As my X3 Msport doesnt have a removable panel in the bumper like earlier models can anyone advise what this means.

westfalia towbar

Many thanks for that prompt reply. Not sure whats what, but a diffuser suggests it could be a protection from exhaust heat so that could be what I require.

That was the most helpful advice I could wish for. I'm really grateful for that. Thanks again.
