Tires - Recommendations?

2000 4.4 with 118k miles. Had it since 42k and plan to keep it for a while. I've had the Michelin Diamaris, but just wanted to see if anyone had other suggestions. Regular ol' 255/55 R18's.

Also, the last set only lasted ~25k, with the back wearing out more quickly on the inside edge than before. Should I be having something checked?

are your tires wider in the back, sport model? if so then you have air suspension in the back and it could be having some trouble. (even if its not a sport model you can have some trouble there.) (too much camber) i'm not a fan of the Diamaris, but i bought my X at 50K or so and the previous owner put new ones on. around 40K. i now have 80K and could use new tires. check your suspension parts. the michelin tires are alright, personally i've had great experiences with toyos.

255/55/18 Michelin MXV4 Energy's all around are what came with my stocks. They are quiet, decent tractions in snow/rain/dry roads, and have great mileage. Mine lasted 57k miles. I personally don't like the way they look but the ride was great.
