Questions -- Dinan Products on 4.8is

So Dinan extended their rebate offer for 15% off through April.

I am strongly considering adding the Stage 3 software, Cool Air Intake, and High Flow Throttle Body to the 4.8is. Then if I want the Dinan badge, I have to add the Pedals to get my 10 points.

However, the debate enters of if I want to add the Dinan Exhaust. I had the Dinan exhaust on my E39 and loved it. But I really like the stock exhaust on the 4.8is, and I think the oval tips make the car.

So, what are other peoples input on the Dinan exhaust? Anybody in the Portland, Oregon have a 4.8is with the Dinan exhaust that I can check out? Audio clips of the exhaust on a 4.8is?

I know I can search, but I am feeling lazy right now!

I knew I was going to get razzed with that comment...

I certainly wouldn't hang around here if there wasn't some lighthearted fun!

I don't have an 'is unfortunately, but will throw in my opinions...

- I always liked the stock exhaust as I think it's perfect for the car.
- I never liked the Dinan exhaust pipes.
- I always liked the 4.8is exhaust pipes.
- If you want a more pronounced sound, seems like everyone is dumping their resonator and going for the x-pipe.

There were times in my E39 (especially when driving home after a night of drinking and the hangover is in full effect) that I hated the Dinan exhaust.

I was thinking about just going with the resonator delete and adding the x-pipe and saving the $1,700 on the exhaust for some other goodies....but I just wanted to see what everybody input on the Dinan exhaust was.
