IM stupid

i always turn off the engine when it is in neutal position N.will be there any negative consequences?????????

i do the same thing. cause i put it in N then parking brake, then let off the regular brake, and i sometimes forget to throw it in park. i dont think there is any negative to this except i think i look like a putz when trying to take the key out.
