SES Light: Code P0154

Hi fellows,
My 2001 4.4i X5 with 102K giving me SES light with Code P0154 - HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1.
I know that 4.4 has four O2 sensors so which one is Bank 2 Sensor 1. Any ideas?

Bank 2 is on drivers side in USA sensor 1 is the one before the cat. Don't trust a generic obd2 scanner usea BMW one.
