I-Pod or MP3 Replacement CD Changer

I have the single cd player unit up front, basically any cd I insert in skips..at first it was just cd-r's but now it's any audio cd's, I tried every cleaner and still the same result....

So..I can either get a replacement cd player but one that supports mp3's or data files but I got a quote of $550 + for it....or I was thinking of just getting an Ipod Nano however how good is the quality when hooking up an Ipod to the X without DSP

Personally, I'd get the IceLink iPod adaptor. Sound quality is very good, and you have have thousands of songs at your fingertips.

I don't have DSP and I think the sound quality is fine. Its as good as it gets for a stock sound system.
