Need code to pair cell phone E53

I'd like to pair my iPhone with my E53. I do not know the code and its not in the glove compartment. Can I get the code without going to the stealer?

Yes the code is on the telephone module in the back. The module is below the nav dvd and cd changer in the left compartment. It will have the bluetooth symbol on it and the code is the 4 digits after PK.

Scott,

Thanks for the quick response. My 2006 X5 does not have a cd changer. The only device in the rack is nav dvd. Here's a picture. Where is the telephone module?

it's that thing in the bottom left corner of your picture. You have to remove the plastic (a nut or two) to get access to see the number. You shouldn't have to take it out...but just be able to read upside down

Scott,

You walk on water & levitate over dry ground!

The Stealer is a one hour drive from my home. My SA insists that I need to schedule an appointment and drop off my vehicle since it had to be hooked up the their computer to retrieve the code.

Yeah reckless got it for you there. Glad to help. If you can stick your phone in there and take a pic it might be easier than standing on your head.
