Squicking sound front driver side, what to replace?

We have a 2004 X5 3.0i w/Sport Package, the car have about 84K miles on it. Recently the front driver side started making some squicking sound when turning, the sound seems more obvious when turning at lower speed(probably because of higher ambient noise at higher speed).

After looking on the forum seems like a lot of people have similar problems with their X5. I'm not gonna attempt to fix anything myself but I'd love to get some advice from you guys on what I should ask the mechanic to check in order to solve this problem. (Seems like a lot of people fixed this problem by changing the control arm)

Also, are Febi control arms any good if I need replacement? or Should I get something else? (I found them at 04 2004 BMW X5 Control Arm - Suspension System | Drivewire.com )

Thanks
