Convert air to shock/spring suspension question? Help!

I am ordering all the parts I need tomorrow and I am wondering if I am missing anything. The truck is a 05' 4.8is with full air suspension. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch guys!

2 SPRING PAD LOWER 33531093785 $8.18
2 Cover 33531093787 $3.85
2 SPRING PAD UPPER 33531093786 $5.90
Blisten HD Front shocks
Blisten HD rear shocks
Eibach Springs.

Is there anything else that I would need? I will post my impression and before/after pictures for anyone interested. Thanks again

get yourself your trucks new code that will have to be programmed into the cluster to deactivate all sensors for the air suspension. this will be the last step. good luck

I removed the air Suspension on my 05 4.8. I went to the junk yard and got all the hardware needed. I found this was much cheaper then buying all the factory mounts, etc. Then later i'll switch to Bilsteins, but at least i'll have the shock mounts, etc.
Question for others. I want to get my car recoded to remove the air suspension, but local dealer called BMW NA and the engineer says it can't be done. Can someone who has had this done please help!!!
Papa13, if you have any questions, let me know. i even took photos of the change over. Shoot me an email....
Thanks,
Matt

Hey guys I'm attempting the same conversion as above, full air to coilovers, I have copied the shopping list from above but is there anything else that you came across that is need? The place I bought the parts from said the will not fit my vechile with the air suspension? There's not a lot of info on this so any help I can get on this would be awesome! Thanks

the reason they say it won't fit is because the car came with air ride. So on paper, they don't fit, because the shock companies only design this stuff for direct factory replacements. However, as myself and many others have proven, it is very straight forward to do the swap. Physically the cars are the same, only difference is the computer programming between the two. So finding a place to reprogram your car is probably the hardest part.
