Don't cha gotta be a premier member to sell stuff on the site?
Lots of people around here are posting that their "thinking" about selling this or selling that only to offer it for sale later on in the same thread. I guess the reason is to avoid paying for premier membership. Kinda sad that with all this site has to offer and how much money people save, and how much people pay for their BMW's that sellers can pony up the small amount it takes to support the site pretty sad imo. RANT OVER......

 ...It seems like the What I/Stealth for sale posts are increasing, and slipping through. "Hey, I am thinking of selling my Mtn house or, FL house... want pics? I'm thinking I'll take $900Gs for the Mtn Joint, and maybe $400Gs for the FL starter shack" ...  MBFAM, we are getting older, and grumpier, maybe...  GL, mD
