i have to change my o2 sensors

hey i just found out i gotta change all my o2 sensors does any one know where i can order good ones or what brands i should go for?

i have a 2001 4.4i and my mechanic scanner said my map cooling sensor needs to be changed as well

There are 2 pre cats and 2 post cats. Do you need all four?

Here is what we have listed.


Should say on the scanner what sensors you will need.


The map cooling sensor could be the thermostat sensor ( click picture below) or


or the Thermostat Electronics. Click picture for item.

Yeah on the scanner it said I need to change 3 oxygen sensors so I might as well replace all 4 and it said map cooling and he say that's a temp sensor he said or it can be the catalac converter but he said he thinks it more the sensors I think the same

You will need 2 for the pre cats and 2 for the post cats.

I would replace both the temp sensor on the other post above for the coolant and the electronic thermo just to make sure its not one then the other.

I gave the OEM BMW sensors 4, 2 front and 2 back and the thermostat electronics.
( we have bosch one in the o2.)
