Heater / AC Fan wont turn off, even with key in!!

That's right, I was driving today and i turned off my ac, well i just turned off the fan, but the fan never went off, the speed kicked up and now its running regardless of what I do.

I can turn on the ac and it will get cooler,
I have removed the temp control console and dis-connected all the wires its still running,
I turned off the car and its still running
I changed the Final Stage Resister less than 2 years ago
Any help?

Thanks!

I agree that the FSR is the likely culprit. I bought an inexpensive one on eBay & it lasted about 1.5 years (and < 6k miles).
