Video of my power steering noise

Hey fellow members,

I'm experiencing some steering noise that coming from the from possibly the engine bay?
I already tried lubing the U joint steering knuckle with high temp white lithium grease, checked and changed the power steering fluid.
does anybody has the same experience that can lead me to the right direction to fix this?

I had that noise on mine X5 before..turned out it was the lower control arm.
