I've seen the red interior in a 4.6iS in person and it looks fantastic. The one I saw had silver trim instead of that wood, which IMO looks so much better. Black over Red is definitely one of the best combos on any car, had an M3 vert like that

Red leather IMHO does not belong in a car. I can't see it as anything but gaudy. And ot does not "blend" with anything else in the interior... It is too harsh.

+1

I can only appreciate red leather inserts at a maximum on an M-powered coupe. Other leather colors- like stone green (light green) and aubergine (purple) from some E39 boys would be fun to see in an E53.

The other place that I am fond of seeing red leather isn't really appropriate discussion for a family show.

They are too Red. maybe if it was a Red/Black combo it would look nicer.
Only 1 car I liked the Red interior was a Silver vert Aston Martin
in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a35rNEBNiO4 other than that I looks out of place on other cars.
Actually a little Rice

Looks gaudy from the pics.
I bet some editing on the exposure and color saturation would help the cause a ton!

Red interior screams sports car...wood panels are out of place.

IMHO, cinnamon color from the e46 M3 would be a better fit on a black X5...stately, yet sporty.

I've been there with BMW red interior. Had a '01 M3 vert...red on red ...my wife referred to the vehicle as a part from the female body. Looking back now, I think she was right! I was driving a 'gina
