Timing tensioner tension.......? (N62)

I'm going to charge in and replace the timing chain guides on my n62 in a couple of days and I have been going over the TIS guides and the couple of M62 guides that I have my hands on. As I haven't found an N62 guide I can't seem to find any specifications of how tight the tensioner should be (that tightens the chain) before I go ahead and adjust the timing.

Any help will be much appreciated.

You mean the torque specs for when you tighten it? I think the bentley had it. I'll check later. You should get 2 new tensioners if you doing this job.

Yeah that's what I mean. Why would I need two tensioners? You do one bank at a time......

Sorry - I mean that you need to pretension the chain with a special tool temporarily in order to adjust the timing (before reinstalling the cover and Chain tensioner). On the M62 (In the Bentley) it states that torque to be 0.7Nm but I can't find anything about the N62........

Probably the same thing. I can't find anything on N62 either.
