Quick question regarding this DIY. Would this have been installed on my 2005 E53 or would I just have the cold temperature (i.e. updated) CCV installed?

Second, I am waiting on GAS to come out with their CCV upgrade. Would this be necessary with the GAS CCV? I'm assuming that this really only prolongs the operational life of the cyclone separator, but the GAS kit would be so easy to clean, even if it requires cleaning more often, that I'm not sure the expense of this retrofit would be worthwhile.

That said, is there something I'm missing and should I do this retrofit anyways?

Thanks!

PS. The Euro headlamps look amazing. My car is still at the body shop but I'll let you know once I pick her up. Thanks again for reaching out to me about those
