SES P0306 light came on then off

hi guys, need lil help here
one morning, upon starting engine, i felt a slight vibration in engine, i turned engine off, and then restarted. then SES came on. coded P0306 cylinder 6 misfire powertrain. i did not notice any loss of power, i drove 80mph, no problems. but i had pumped gas the next day, and the SES light went away.

could this have been due to clogged O2, Maf, or spark plugs? it's just very interesting how pumping gas, removed the SES light.

thanks fellas
