Sport Luxury Seat Memory Control Module

Hi guys

I've rang over 10 wreckers and no one seems to be able to have a Seat memory control unit for my car.
This one wrecker has 2 of the module but none has the HeadRest adjustment and mine comes with it.

Anyone know someone that has one?
