Where to insert sim card

Hi,
I just bought a 2002 4.4 and still wondering where I am supposed to insert the sim card. I have already asked to friends who have 645 or 530, but it seems to be tricky for all of us :(
Hope anyone will be able to help me

The SIM card goes in the phone itself. The Bluetooth connection is a wireless link between your Bluetooth enabled phone and the vehicle.
